Armie Hammer is denying some past reports about him.
The 37-year-old went into a treatment facility in June 2021 for drug, alcohol and sex issues, and he left the Florida center in December of that year.
Then, a year later, a report came out that Robert Downey Jr was assisting him financially and paid for his nearly six month stint in rehab.
During a recent interview, Armie denied the report that RDJ paid for his treatment, but did reveal the advice the Oppenheimer actor gave him.

“No, he did not. He did not pay for me to go to rehab,” Armie said on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
He was then asked if RDJ had been “supportive” to him.
“I would say that yes, he has,” he hesitated. “I don’t want to bring anyone else into my situation. There are a number of people who have been extremely helpful, and I’m incredibly grateful.”
Armie continued, saying that Robert was helpful “in the way where [when] anyone in Hollywood who suffers from any sort of addiction issues — whether it be alcohol or process addiction or drugs — decides to get sober, that guy will find you, and he will help you. It’s amazing.”
The advice RDJ gave Armie? “Sit down, shut up, everything is going to be okay.”
Speaking of financial issues, Armie recently revealed why he worked as a timeshare salesman instead of asking his wealthy family for help.
If you missed it, in the same interview Armie opened up about the cannibalism accusations and how many times he cheated on ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers.
