Oppo A98 5G gets NBTC certified

Last November, an Oppo smartphone bearing model code PHQ110 and believed to be the Oppo A98 5G got certified by China’s TENAA. Now a new version of the A98, having model designation CPH2529, has been certified by Thailand’s NBTC, taking it a step closer to launch outside China.

The Thai certifying authority doesn’t reveal anything about the CPH2529 other than confirming 5G connectivity. However, thanks to TENAA, we know what the Chinese version will have to offer.
