Kendall and Kylie Jenner probably don’t always think alike, but when it comes to a certain shoe trend, they clearly do. And since this shoe trend was wildly popular last fall and winter (some might say that it peaked then), I thought you might be interested in its fate.
The shoe trend in question is chunky lug-sole shoes, which you probably own a pair or two of, given that practically every new shoe during the fall and winter of 2021 came with a lug sole. Brands both high-end to affordable all jumped on board with the chunky-shoe trend, and I, for one, have been wondering if it would stick around for another season. I find it to be good news that such influential celebrities are wearing last year’s biggest shoe trend, because who wants to invest in anything, only to find that it’s “out” a year later?
