Formula Overview

$32.00/0.1 oz. – $320.00 Per Ounce

The formula is supposed to be “pigment-rich” and have a “foiled metallic finish” that “glides on seamlessly.” The brand said it could be used with a brush or fingertip for application. They were surprisingly low-level metallic in finish–smooth, seamless, sure, but metallic? Barely, which was a surprise given how intense some of the brand’s pressed eyeshadows can get. I would have expected something similar here, as typically brands will use loosely-pressed formulas like this to add more slip/creaminess to get a stronger shimmer/sparkle effect without having fallout.

The eyeshadows were pigmented, though, and I had no trouble applying them with fingertips or brushes. The texture was moderately-dense, lightly emollient, and like a cream-powder hybrid that was still majority powder-based. These shades lasted eight and a half to nine hours on me.
