While promoting Wolf Pack, Sarah stopped by The Tonight Show, where she spoke about Dolly being an uncredited producer.
“You know, we never saw her,” Sarah did say, but then added that the cast would “get Christmas gifts in the beginning that would have our name, and I would think, ‘She doesn’t even know who I am.’ And then one day, somebody asked her about it and she complimented the show and my performance.”
She added, “I was like, ‘Oh, I can die now.’ Dolly Parton knows who I am and thinks I’m good.’”
Dolly‘s production company, Sandollar Entertainment, was founded by her and pal Sandy Gallin, and they had a hand in the franchise since the 1992 movie of the same name.
The company also went on to help produce the BtVS spinoff, Angel.
