Adele only went to the 2023 Super Bowl to see Rihanna perform the Halftime Show.
However, her presence in the audience gave birth to another meme after a camera captured her saying something, seemingly about the “Diamonds” diva.
She reflected on the viral moment and revealed what she was really saying during a performance for her Las Vegas residency.

During her Friday (February 17) show in Vegas, Adele joked that “it’s hard work being a constant meme.”
“I don’t know what it is about my face,” she continued, “but every time I step out of the house, maybe it’s because I don’t have any Botox or anything, I’m just… my face just moves so much.”
Adele turned the focus to the Super Bowl meme and revealed how she learned about it.
“Everyone was texting me a meme of myself looking — I don’t know what I looked like,” she joked. “I was saying she’s gonna be fine. She’s gonna like have some weed and be fine. But clearly she couldn’t have any weed because she’s pregnant!”
