On July 24, Jennifer Lopez turned 54, so naturally, she’s living her best life at the moment and soaking in all the love from family and friends. As a Leo, she radiates vibrance and becomes the center of attention like it’s breathing, and her birthday pictures embody the spirit of the fire sign in every way. She surely has my attention with the half-ponytail and black fedora she wore.
Lopez shared a few pictures from her birthday celebration with the caption, “Birthday mood…all month!! Always a good day when Lola comes to play… #OnTheJLo: Birthday Edition coming soon.” The first and arguably best picture, in my opinion, features J.Lo standing on a table with arms outstretched, likely belting out a song. Lopez was wearing a shimmery backless dress, which you can see on slide two, and her hair was slicked back into a half-ponytail — an on-brand look for the star, who historically loves a sleek hairstyle.
In her last two photos, the sparkly gown is gone and replaced with a black bikini, printed mesh coverup, huge gold jewelry, and a black fedora. She still had her half-ponytail with her straight, highlighted hair cascading towards her chest. The hat rested perfectly on her head, and if you look at the last photo, you’ll notice the subtle gold accent on the fedora.
Unlike the minimalist and glowy makeup she wore with her silver dress, J.Lo paired her bikini and fedora with a sharp cat eye that extends into her inner corner and liner on her lower lash line. Her black-rimmed eyes were the perfect amount of drama for her printed bikini and statement-making jewelry.
