The vivo Pad2 arrived in April and now a more affordable tablet is coming. Meet the vivo Pad Air, teased by the VP of Vivo China. The new tablet will be a light device with a big battery. According to the official, it will have a 3:2 ratio screen, which is “perfect for learning”.
It will be available in three colors, and on the back, we can see one camera and an LED flash on an Oreo-shaped island.
The tablet will be built around a 11.5” LCD with 2.8K resolution, which is 2880 x 1800 pixels. It will support 144 Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The chipset will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. Built on the 7nm process technology the chipset has a prime CPU with one core at 3.2 GHz, meaning the Pad Air isn’t playing around – it will be more affordable than the current Pad2 but is edging ahead of the first Pad.
The tablet will have an 8,500 mAh battery with 44W charging support. It will be just 6.67 mm thick and will weigh 530 grams. It will support vivo Pencil and will run the latest OriginOS 3 Ocean. The colors are Free Blue, Brave Pink, and Easy Silver, but we don’t know the most important thing – when the vivo Pad Air will be launched and how much it will cost.
