Cate Blanchett Attends Special Screening of New Movie ‘TÁR’ in Australia

Cate Blanchett is stepping out to promote her new movie.

The 53-year-old two-time Oscar winner attended a special screening of her upcoming movie TÁR held on Sunday (November 13) at Cremorne Orpheum in Sydney, Australia.

For the screening, Cate rocked a bright red suit paired with a white blouse.

In the movie, Cate plays conductor Lydia Tar, who is just days away from recording the symphony that will elevate her career. When all elements seem to conspire against her, Lydia’s adopted daughter Petra becomes an integral emotional support for her struggling mother.
