The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Henry is attached to star in and executive produce a series adaptation of the popular tabletop game Warhammer 40,000.
The game’s official website says the game “is set in the grim darkness of the far future, where mighty armies clash on countless war-torn worlds and Humanity stands alone, beset on all sides by the threats of the heretic, the mutant and the alien. There is no mercy. There is no respite. Prepare yourself for battle.”
Henry is a real-life fan of the game and has even painted figures to use while playing.
Vertigo Entertainment is attached to executive produce along with Games Workshop, but no writers or showrunners have been attached as of now. Amazon is in final talks to obtain the rights to the game.
