SO many stars auditioned for roles in the upcoming two-part Wicked movie adaptation!

One of the coveted roles was that of Elphaba love-interest Fiyero Tigelaar, which eventually went to Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey.

While many would have loved to see a Broadway star in the role, Jonathan‘s acting credits go beyond film and television, as he has previously shown off his musical theater skills in The Last Five Years on London’s West End.
