Kyle Richards Celebrates 7 Months of Sobriety, Opens Up About Quitting Alcohol & if She Misses Drinking

Kyle Richards is almost seven months sober, and she opened up about the decision.

The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently revealed that February 15 marks seven months since she last drank alcohol.

She explained why and shed light on her experience during a recent Q&A with fans.

On Tuesday (February 7), Kyle answered fan questions about her diet and health changes on her Instagram story. One curious follower wanted to know if she really stopped drinking and if she missed it.

“Truth is I don’t miss it at all,” she replied, according to People.

She added that she isn’t sure if she’ll ever drink again and has no time table in place.

“I feel amazing so don’t see the point right now,” Kyle explained.

The revelation comes amid speculation about Kyle‘s body transformation. She recently responded to speculation that she was using Ozempic to lose weight.

She also shared her weight loss secrets.
