Kylie Jenner officially sent a dagger through our hearts in custom Schiaparelli Haute Contour with an equally striking hairstyle. On September 29, she arrived in France to attend the Schiaparelli Spring 2023 presentation. While her neck was adorned in a black pendant choker, her updo rose high with multiple details woven throughout.
Jenner’s hair was brushed back and held up at the crown in a middle-parted bun. Hairstylist Jesus Guerrero separated two front strands and combed them down into deep, swirled waves. We can’t help but gravitate toward those waves, which closely resemble the silver streak accent in the iconic hair of Frankenstein’s bride.
The updo was pure elegance. Each swirl faded into her pinned-up locks twined around the base of the bun. No strand of hair was left without attendance. Jenner’s updo was captured by Paris-based photographer Anh Huy Phạm on this day. Pham highlighted the details on camera, later shared by Guerrero with an Instagram post captioned “our muse.”
Makeup artist Ariel Tejada elevated Jenner’s glamour with brick red lipstick. He sculpted her eyelid creases in brown shadows and placed nude tones at the base. Matte makeup, sharp winged eyeliner, and a dash of pink blush gave Jenner’s gothic look a warm tone.
Guerrero and Tejada teamed up to cultivate Jenner’s ultimate renaissance look, all the while fully nailing the Bride of Frankenstein’s infamous hairstyle. It doesn’t end there. Later that evening, her updo was let loose with a change of part. Guerrero styled the brunette with a side-part and a slightly disheveled side bang. 24 hours in France, and Kylie Jenner has officially made her Paris Fashion Week debut.
