Libya flooding: Doctor pleads for help as body count increases

A Libyan doctor has called for urgent help after deadly flooding has devastated the city of Derna.

Thousands have been confirmed killed so far, with thousands more missing.

Speaking to BBC Radio 4’s World at One, Dr Najib Tarhoni said they need help from “people who understand the situation”.
