The Realme C63, slated to launch on June 5 in Malaysia, has been unveiled in Indonesia. It is powered by the Unisoc T612 SoC, runs Android 14, and comes with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard.
The Realme C63 features a 6.74″ HD+ 90Hz LCD with a U-shaped notch for the 8MP selfie camera. The display has a 560 nits peak brightness and comes with an AI dual-light sensor “to provide an optimal viewing experience in every moment, with perfect brightness and visibility” (machine translated from Indonesian). It also supports Mini Capsule, Rainwater Smart Touch tech, and air gestures that allow users to answer calls, mute incoming calls, and swipe up/down between video streams.
The smartphone’s back, reminiscent of an iPhone’s Pro/Pro Max model, sports a squircle-shaped camera island housing a flash and two cameras. The primary camera uses a 50MP sensor.
The Realme C63 comes in Leather Blue and Jade Green versions, with the former sporting a vegan leather back and weighing 2g more than the latter at 191g. Fueling the package is a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W charging support.
The rest of the Realme C63’s highlights include an IP54 rating, a 360° NFC, a Dynamic Button, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Realme C63 is listed on Realme’s Indonesian website in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB configurations for IDR1,999,000 ($125/€115/INR10,250) and IDR2,299,000 ($140/€130/INR11,790), respectively. It will go on sale in Indonesia starting June 5.
