Ingredients for Reuben Dip

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing on medium speed until fluffy.

Add the sauerkraut, corned beef, swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, and caraway seeds if using.

Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
