Last year Samsung launched an exclusive Galaxy S22 Ultra Mercedes Benz edition, this year the company has partnered with another German carmaker, BMW, to create the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition.
The company won’t be stepping on iQOO’s toes, however, as the exclusive edition will only be available in South Korea and only 1,000 units will be made. Locals can pre-order one (link to SK Telecom’s online store) until February 13 at a price of KRW 1,727,000 for a 12/512GB unit. For comparison, the same memory capacity on a regular S23 Ultra costs KRW 1,600,400 (not including some pre-order discounts).
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition
The Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition is inspired by the BMW M3 E30 specifically, the first generation of M3. The exclusive package is loaded with BMW paraphernalia including a themed case, a key ring with six interchangeable BMW emblems from six different eras, plus the BMW roundel that was unveiled at the celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary and a “We Are M” metal logo.
There’s more – a BMW-branded battery-powered air compressor, a cup holder/wireless charger, an analog clock, a photo book and a poster. Additionally, buyers will get a Starter Pack Voucher for the BMW Driving Center in Incheon, South Korea, where a trained instructor will give them driving lessons.

It goes without saying that the Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition will be loaded with BMW-themed software goodies too, including a custom boot animation and theme.
The advanced reservation period ends on February 13 (Monday), but there is an extra period until the 17th when fans can still secure a unit – if there are any left, of course. The pre-orders should start shipping on the 17th, along with the regular S23 series models.
