Sony Releases First Look at 'Gran Turismo' Starring Orlando Bloom, David Harbour, & Archie Madekwe - Watch Now!

We’re getting our first look at the upcoming Gran Turismo!

On Wednesday (January 4), Sony released a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming racing movie based on the Playstation video game starring David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Archie Madekwe, Darren Barnet, Geri Halliwell, and Djimon Hounsou.

Here’s the synopsis: “Based on the true story of Jann Mardenborough, the film is the ultimate wish fulfillment tale of a teenage Gran Turismo player whose gaming skills won a series of Nissan competitions to become an actual professional racecar driver.”

Archie plays Jann in the movie while Geri and Djimon will be playing his parents.

Gran Turismo isn’t the only racing movie Hollywood is developing at the moment!

Directed by Neill Blomkamp, Gran Turismo is expected to be released on August 11.
